(Dental Office Experience is a MUST !)The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of office management, accounting, and human resources. This role offers an exciting opportunity to streamline processes, enhance team productivity, and ensure the smooth operation of all office activities. The successful applicant will be instrumental in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and clients alike. Duties Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, clinical support,billing, treatment presentation and front desk responsibilities to ensure seamless workflow. Oversee scheduling management for staff, meetings, and company events to optimize time utilization and resource allocation. Supervise administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll through financial software and maintaining personnel records with confidentiality. Maintain accurate filing systems, manage confidential information securely, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Skills Proven experience in dental office management or operations leadership with strong supervisory capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction, team collaboration. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of human resources practices including payroll processing and employee relations. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
