We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive experience for families and staff. This role is for late afternoon/evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the therapy office. Provide exceptional customer service to parents, children, and staff. Answer and manage phone calls , scheduling, and inquiries. Maintain accurate records, documents, and appointment schedules. Ensure the office remains well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist therapists with administrative tasks and support. Coordinate billing, payments, and insurance-related matters as needed. Greet and assist families with a professional and friendly demeanor .
Qualifications:
Experience in office management, healthcare, or a therapy-related setting preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well with children and families in a professional setting. Proficient in handling phone calls, scheduling, and administrative duties . Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing is a plus.
