Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient, productive workplace for our thriving client. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes. This Office Manager will coordinate office maintenance, receive and direct incoming calls, manage vendor relationships, oversee office inventory/repairs/cleaning/etc., assist with scheduling, document preparation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
