Office Manager Podiatric Practice

We are a growing, patient-centered podiatric practice seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee locations in Perth Amboy, Carteret, and Edison New Jersey. This role is ideal for a proactive leader, effective communicator and someone who finds enjoyment in both operations and growth. Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations Manage scheduling, patient flow, and inter-office communication Supervise and support administrative staff across clinics Coordinate with providers, billing and clinical teams Assist with marketing efforts, practice promotion, and practice growth initiatives Maintain professionalism, efficiency, and excellent patient experience This role is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in creating a warm, efficient environment for patients and staff Proven experience in medical office management within a healthcare or podiatric office setting, with familiarity in managing podiatric or specialty practices Speak fluent Spanish Be comfortable using EMRs Be proficient in Excel and Word Familiarity with insurance work flows and medical billing (bonus) Communicate clearly and professionally between clinic locations Enjoy working with people and supporting a positive team culture Have an interest in marketing, outreach, and practice growth Organized, detail-oriented and dependable Join us to lead our practice with enthusiasm and professionalism!
