This role manages the enrollment process, maintains an organized and efficient office environment, oversees billing and account management, and serves as a primary point of contact for families throughout their camp experience. Key Responsibilities Enrollment & Registration Manage the camp enrollment process from initial inquiry through registration and completion. Guide prospective and returning families through the enrollment process, answering questions and providing information about programs, schedules, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records and camper information. Follow up with families regarding incomplete registrations, required forms, payments, and other enrollment requirements. Assist families with changes to enrollment, program selections, schedules, and other registration needs. Monitor enrollment numbers and communicate updates to the appropriate camp leadership. Family Relations & Customer Service Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for current and prospective camp families. Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person questions in a timely and professional manner. Help families navigate camp policies, procedures, schedules, payments, and other administrative needs. Build positive relationships with families and provide consistent, friendly, and solutions-oriented customer service. Address concerns and questions appropriately, escalating issues to camp leadership when necessary Requirements Must be available to work in-person at all times Extended summer hours while camp is in season
