Construction Office Administrator Frank Galbraith & Son Excavation and Demolition - 1.0 Scotch Plains, NJ Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Construction management software Staff training Construction administrative experience Office management Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Galbraith Excavation & Demolition is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional to oversee office operations and support project management, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage all day-to-day office operations. Prepare and submit government, municipal, and private bids and proposals. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing and scope information. Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections. Process permits and regulatory filing Coordinate project setup, scheduling, and administrative support for field operations. Track change orders, compliance requirements, and project documentation. working with others to make the day too day process easier
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, excavation, demolition, trucking, or related industries preferred. Strong knowledge of bidding, and project administration preferred Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, and office management. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Compensation is based on the qualifications of individual. Flexible hours. Paided time off after first year of being with the company Pay is based on experience
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
