Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic office administrator. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment. Your leadership will set the tone for guest relations, operational efficiency, and smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Oversee night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards with guests, vendors, and team members Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring memorable experiences Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations in a resort or hotel environment Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations with a strong focus on guest services Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation within a hospitality setting Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction expertise Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality environment is highly desirable Join us as our Front Office Manager and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
