If you're passionate about helping patients say yes to life-changing dentistry, this role is for you. What You'll Do — Sales First Present and close high-ticket treatment plans (veneers, implants, cosmetic cases) Lead the full sales cycle: consultation, presentation, financing, and close Convert warm leads from phones, social media, events, and referrals Build trust, handle objections, and guide patients toward confident decisions Follow up consistently to increase case acceptance and revenue Track sales KPIs and drive the practice toward monthly production goals What You'll Do — Office Management Oversee daily operations to keep the practice organized and efficient Support, train, and supervise the front office team Ensure protocols, schedules, and systems are followed Collaborate closely with doctors and the treatment team Maintain a five-star experience for every patient Who You Are A natural closer with strong communication and persuasion skills Confident presenting and selling high-value treatment plans Organized, disciplined, and able to lead a team Motivated by results, goals, and helping patients improve their health and confidence Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Sales experience in dental, medical, beauty, luxury, or other high-ticket services is a strong plus Perks Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Health and dental benefits Career growth and leadership opportunities
