Office Manager Onsite Plumbing & HVAC We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join Onsite Plumbing & HVAC as our Office Manager . This is a key leadership role within our growing company, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to help scale operations to the next level. About the Role This is a full-time, in-office position where you will oversee daily office operations while supporting and managing internal systems, staff performance, and overall business efficiency. You will play a critical role in building structure, improving processes, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow Manage and support office staff, including CSR/dispatcher Supervise scheduling and dispatch operations (oversight role) Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Monitor and improve key business metrics (revenue per tech, close rate, average ticket, booking rate, etc.) Implement and optimize systems using Housecall Pro (experience preferred) Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability Collaborate directly with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in plumbing, HVAC, or a similar service-based industry Strong operations and team management experience Familiarity with Housecall Pro (preferred) or similar service software Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and improve systems Leadership mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$30 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
