In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations while actively supporting our sales team in a fast-paced landscape supply environment. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient sales support. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in office management, sales coordination, and vendor relations within a thriving industry. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, clerical tasks, and maintaining organized records. Serve as the front desk ambassador by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing outstanding phone etiquette. Oversee schedule management for team members and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events through effective calendar management. Support sales activities by assisting with customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Handle vendor management tasks such as placing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining positive supplier relationships. Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, training & development initiatives, and payroll processing. Support office management duties such as managing filing systems, overseeing office supplies inventory, and ensuring a professional work environment. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within an office or medical office setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette. Experience with schedule management tools and multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software; experience with budgeting is a plus. Supervising or team management experience is preferred to support staff training and development efforts. Knowledge of vendor management processes and basic human resources functions such as payroll and employee onboarding. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping.
