New Mexico Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Office Manager who is passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate for the role is a self-motivated, flexible problem-solver who has superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Effective multitasking and a unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential for success in this position. Job location will be in the
State of New Mexico Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing for assigned projects. Accurately track and enter paper timesheets for payroll processing. Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees in the field. Proactively and effectively communicate with team members, NMDOT, subcontractors, and vendors to foster positive relationships and complete project goals. Work under time constraints to meet specific timeline. To be onsite within the State of NM for the duration of the project To join our growing team, please review the list of competencies and qualifications.             Consideration:
            Must have:
            • High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of a year of business experience as an office manager, administrative assistant or similar role. Construction experience is a plus
            • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
            • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
            • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
            • Job will require traveling in the State of NM
            • Good driving record
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
