Duties Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and answering questions to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory Assist with stocking, organizing, and cleaning the sales floor to uphold a tidy shopping environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Support supervising staff in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos to boost sales performance Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive attitude makes a difference!
