In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, foster a positive environment, and ensure efficient management of front desk activities across our vibrant resort or hotel setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities Overseeing:
Front desk department, Breakfast Department and shuttle department. Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal departments Handle guest concerns or complaints swiftly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Oversee night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Oversee breakfast processes and orders Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel management systems and procedures to optimize operational efficiency Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and uphold hospitality best practices at all times Experience Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably within a resort or similar environment Strong background in front desk operations, guest services, and customer relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred Exceptional communication skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and phone etiquette Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a dynamic team Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
