Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our construction office team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in construction administration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Requirements Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Must live in or near West Los Angeles Prior experience working in a construction office is required Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience Minimum of 1 year of construction administrative experience Please submit your resume along with a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the position.
Pay:
$25.03 - $30.14 per hour
