Southern Boulevard Dental is under new ownership, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager who is excited to help take our practice to the next level! We are a small, established dental practice and we're looking for someone who sees the potential, enjoys building strong teams, and is ready to take an active role in developing a successful, thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage an office — we want someone who wants to help develop a great team and offer excellent customer service to our wonderful patients. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dental office management experience, a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, training and a genuine passion for helping a practice succeed. We want someone who is confident making decisions, comfortable helping guide team members and t and willing to lead by example. Your Role Lead, motivate, and support a small dental team while creating a positive, productive work environment. Take ownership of daily office operations and ensure the practice runs efficiently. Help develop and implement systems that support practice growth. Drive patient scheduling, treatment acceptance, collections, and overall practice performance. Identify opportunities to attract new patients, improve retention, and increase production. Coach and develop team members while encouraging accountability and teamwork. Provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion. Work closely with ownership to establish goals, track progress, and implement improvements. What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and collections. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Confidence in making decisions and taking initiative. A passion for practice growth and creating a great patient experience.
