Business Office Administrator The Taos News | Taos, NM | Full-Time | Non-Exempt | $20/hour | Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. About the Role The Taos News is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Business Office Administrator to serve as the front-line presence of our business office. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day financial and administrative operations — from greeting visitors and answering phones to posting payments and balancing the cash drawer — keeping our office running smoothly and our clients well served. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients and the public — answering phones, greeting walk-ins, and responding to correspondence Post payments and provide support on billing questions Perform daily cash drawer balancing and end-of-day reconciliation Process disputes and assist with collections as needed Maintain accurate records and perform general data entry with speed and accuracy Support the business office with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned Perform other duties of a similar nature as directed
