Job Description

Overview We are seeking a tech savvy, energetic and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. Hours can be between 30 and 40 hours a week. We are a small business that is continuously growing. The office is located at a home within it's own separate area and own access. Responsibilities include incoming and outgoing phone calls, assisting with estimates and billing as needed with Quickbooks Online, supporting administrative functions, and scheduling/material ordering as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive attitude to keep our office running efficiently. Please note this is an admin position and not a bookkeeping position. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, phone systems, permit filing (online) and incoming deliveries Oversee calendar management for staff and leadership, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating Processing invoices, and ensuring timely procurement of office supplies and services. Support human resources functions and other clerical tasks Input Quickbooks Online filings Record Keeping Assist with office management tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, courteous interactions with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience Experience in office administration roles preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks online preferred Electrical or construction knowledge and experience is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role. MUST be dog friendly Pay will be based upon experience Paid holiday and paid time off is provided
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
