We are looking for an additional team member to join our staff. We are looking to hire a full time Assistant Office Manager in the Cohoes, NY. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the Office Manager on site and assisiting with daily tasks.
  • Process applications.
  • Handle incomeing calls and tenant requests.
  • Oversee resident relations and ensure satisfactory completion of all service requests.
  • Ensure current resident files are properly maintained.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Consistently implement policies of the community.
  • Consistant adherance to Fair Housing Regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual and honest.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Practical and efficient.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, detail oriented and thorough.
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus.
