Job Summary Administrative / Office Manager to join our team! In this role you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your proactive approach, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties including answering phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Coordinate calendar and clients emails Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, filing systems Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in person or via phone, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally and build client relaionships Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence with high attention to detail Support office management activities including supply ordering, filing, and maintaining day to day office operations. Requirements Proven office experience with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in office management and client relations Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Experience with phone systems, calendar management, and front desk operations Knowledge of social media constant contact a plus for narketing.
