This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of a Remodeling & Construction management, including overseeing fiscal responsibilities, managing employee records, and supervising administrative staff. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of customer care management expertise, strong human resource leadership skills, and proficiency with Quick Books and CSR systems to support efficient office operations. Duties Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, coding, and financial management to ensure accuracy and compliance with NY employee regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards Supervise administrative staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and support to foster a cohesive team environment Manage records and documentation using CSR and Quick Books systems to ensure confidentiality and proper retention Coordinate with clinical teams to streamline practice management processes, including scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification Monitor project budgets, perform financial analysis, and implement cost-control measures to optimize revenue cycle management Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations related to managed care, utilization management, and HIPAA privacy standards Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling, onboarding new employees with medical office management best practices Collaborate with external vendors for billing services, insurance claims processing, and compliance audits Implement quality improvement initiatives aligned with Human Resource accreditation standards and acute or hospital care requirements Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration with a strong background in fiscal management and practice oversight Extensive knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar platforms Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, billing procedures, and coding practices Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards within healthcare environments Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and utilization management processes Knowledge of clinic operations across various specialties including dental clinics or acute care settings is preferred Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Business Office Manager to lead our administrative excellence!
