This full-time, in-person position assists with trust account management, client communication, compliance documentation, and daily office operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compassionate service to beneficiaries. Responsibilities Support trust enrollments, document collection, and data entry Maintain accurate client files and electronic records Process and track trust disbursement requests in accordance with trust policies and public benefit rules Communicate with beneficiaries, families, vendors, and case managers regarding documentation and payment status Prepare correspondence and maintain organized filing systems Provide general administrative and office support to Executive Director and Team Assist with special projects and process improvements Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Experience in nonprofit administration, trust services, or social services preferred
