Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure seamless customer check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, multilingual, and possesses a strong background in collision repair or adjacent industries. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer relations and uphold industry standards across all front desk functions. Responsibilities Manage the front desk experience to deliver outstanding customer services, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance at all times. Oversee customer intake, scheduling and communication. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with insurance adjusters and all inquiry handling. Responsible for daily reports, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial documentation accurately. Resolve customer service issues swiftly through effective problem-solving skills while maintaining positive client communication. Qualifications 3+ years customer-facing or office management experience (collision repair preferred, not required). Proven experience in management operations, with a strong understanding of front desk functions. Proficiency in collision repair operating systems a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
