Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, maintains efficient office procedures, and provides exceptional support to staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with a passion for creating a productive workplace. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership, organizational expertise, and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Oversee office operations, including AR & AP Coordinate calendar management and scheduling fo meetings, appointments, and company projects using Microsoft Office tools as well as google drive. Communicate with field supervisors , perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records to support administrative functions. Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email. Supervise clerical staff and delegate administrative tasks to ensure efficiency across all office functions. Maintain a clean, organized office environment while implementing effective time management practices to meet deadlines. Qualifications
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION OFFICE EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Compile and submit AIA requisitions and invoices. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is a must. Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail; experience in data entry, proofreading, and filing is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.

From $90,000.00 per year
