Manage high-volume phone lines, ensuring efficient call handling and timely response. Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts. Assist customers with various needs, including paperwork, appointment scheduling, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member. Take clear and concise messages, prioritize important calls, and resolve customer issues effectively. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, mail processing, and report generation. Greet all visitors with a warm, sincere, and professional demeanor, ensuring an excellent first impression. Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary. Maintain organized records and complete required documentation accurately and on time. Support other team members and perform additional tasks as needed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in a receptionist or cashier role is preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. Strong telephone etiquette and time management abilities. Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening checks.Ideal Candidate:
