Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative Part-Time Office Manager with Social Media & Video skills to join our team! This versatile role combines office management responsibilities with social media content creation, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and visibility. Having some AI skills would be helpful with a willingness to learn and take direction. Duties Help oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, front desk management, and some clerical tasks, to ensure smooth workflow Manage calendar appointments, and coordinate meetings or events with attention to detail Develop engaging social media content including videos, posts, and stories to promote organizational activities and initiatives Keep track of pianos coming and going and auction dates and arranging moves.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
