Our Office Managers play an enormous role in creating that experience every single day. What You'll Do Every day looks a little different, but your primary responsibility is helping our studio run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service to our families. You'll help by: Greeting families and students with warmth and enthusiasm Answering questions and providing exceptional customer service Assisting with registration and enrollment Managing family accounts, payments, invoices, and billing Maintaining accurate records within our studio management software Keeping our front desk organized, welcoming, and efficient Supporting recital, performance, and event preparation Assisting with costumes, tickets, programs, attendance, and studio events Communicating with families by phone, email, and in person Helping our instructors and leadership team stay organized Maintaining a clean, professional studio environment Jumping in wherever needed to support the team No two days are exactly alike—which is one of the things our team loves most. We're Looking For Someone Who... You don't need to know everything about dance—but you do need to love working with people.

Technology You'll Use We use Apple computers and cloud-based software to keep our studio running efficiently. Experience with the following is helpful: Apple computers (iMac, MacBook) Google Workspace Email and calendar management Learning new software quickly Experience with dance studio software is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person. Schedule This is a part-time, in-person position.

Approximately 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Saturday mornings: Approximately 8:30 AM-1:00 PM Additional hours may be available during recital season, performances, summer programs, and special events.
