Job Description

Job purpose To assist overseeing and managing daily operations at the New York Equestrian Center throughout the seasons and seasonal changes. Job entails hands-on management of the office(s) and office staff, and is expected to ensure the programs operating are being done so in an efficient, profitable and customer-oriented manner. To maintain a level of professionalism with staff and clients at all times. To maintain business integrity and enforce all rules and regulations. Duties and responsibilities Management of customers, recruitment, customer relations, referrals and upselling. Maintain customer satisfaction and gather feedback. Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. Sales are to be managed and planned on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Ensure that the sales department works cross functionally with executives from other departments. For example, they collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources and expand the target customer database, or with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met. Database management Office management Daily sales report. Skills Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Office Manager or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude
