Job Description
Ahn Construction Group is a growing commercial and residential construction company seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager who is fluent in both Korean and English. This role is ideal for someone who can help manage daily office operations, communicate with Korean-speaking clients and vendors, and support project coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer phones, emails, and coordinate schedules Communicate with Korean-speaking clients, subcontractors, and vendors Assist with contracts, invoices, permits, and project documentation Coordinate with project managers and field staff Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Track deliveries, appointments, and office supplies Assist ownership with general business operations Qualifications Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to multitask and work independently Professional demeanor and attention to detail Construction office experience preferred but not required Experience with QuickBooks, Procore, or construction administration is a plus Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth within the company Paid holidays and PTO Supportive and professional work environment Job Type Full-time In-person Location Williston Park, NY About Us Ahn Construction Group specializes in high-end residential renovations and commercial interior construction throughout New York.
