Office Manager AA Maintenance Services, LLC Akron, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Excel Filing Administrative experience Driver's License QuickBooks Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description Position Summary Part We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while providing direct support for financial activities, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP). This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, managing administrative workflows, HR onboarding, and ensuring financial processes run smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office organization Support staff with administrative needs and coordination tasks Ensure efficient office systems and workflows Handle sensitive financial and company information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Financial Support (AR/AP) Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections follow-up Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with bank deposits and transaction recording Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes Coordinate with external accountants or bookkeepers as needed Qualifications Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, or accounting support Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Experience in small to mid-sized business environments Human Resources Basic understanding of financial reporting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Schedule & Availability Current working hours are 7:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM due to seasonal business volume Our standard office hours are 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM This position will transition back to full-time hours (7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM) when normal business operations resume Applicants must be fully available and willing to work the full 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM schedule when required Please apply only if you are able to commit to full-time hours as business needs change
