Job Description

Office Manager
  • Akron, OH We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team in Akron, OH.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and be able to effectively manage the administrative and operational functions of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
  • Ensure efficient operation of office systems and procedures
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting
  • Handle HR-related tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Collaborate with team members to plan events or projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
