$20 to $25/hr, based on experience Job Description Here's an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative office support across the company. This is a part-time position working 24 to 30 hours each week.
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records using Microsoft Office and ERP or accounting software Record transactions, update accounts, and reconcile discrepancies Process accounts payable and receivable, maintain bank records, and prepare deposits Prepare financial reports, sales reports, and 1099-related filings Use Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Dropbox, and Google Workspace Work with the COO and CPA to support accurate profit-and-loss reporting Manage files, customer records, and company data Provide clerical, reception, and showroom support, greet guests, answer phones and emails, and support customer inquiries Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, order supplies, and prepare documents and quotes, contracts, and staffing schedules Support advertising and marketing materials as needed and create Marketing events Follow all applicable company, state, and federal requirements
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting or business and 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred Must have strong experience in Accounts Payable; Some experience in Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Dropbox, and Google Workspace; Experience with ERP software is a plus Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills Must be detail-oriented with strong initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset Must have a positive, outgoing personality to interact with clients in this high-end showroom Must be a self-starter that can work in a small office environment Must have the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor for walk-in customers while supporting the sales and design teams Must have the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
