Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate vendor management with other team members, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services. Pay Bills both online and by paper check. Payroll using Gusto Software Certified Payroll Job cost tracking Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping. Maintain phone systems/emails to ensure effective communication within the office. Handle construction office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Skills Self-Motivated and driven to complete tasks. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred but not required. Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices. Excellent schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of payroll systems and processes is advantageous. Strong understanding of phone systems and effective communication practices. Exceptional calendar management skills to coordinate various schedules efficiently.
