Bella Title LLC Bella Title is a growing, customer-focused title company looking for an energetic, positive, organized, and resourceful Office Manager / Escrow & Title Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, learning new skills, and keeping an office running smoothly. If you are the type of person who notices what needs to be done without being asked, enjoys technology (must be tech-savvy), and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Offer clients water, coffee, or other refreshments. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and with a positive attitude. Keep the reception area and office clean, organized, and welcoming. Water office plants and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the office. Clean the front entrance door and glass, as needed. Monitor and order office supplies, including paper, pens, folders, coffee, kitchen supplies, and other office necessities. Scan, print, copy, organize, and file documents. Run occasional local errands, including trips to the post office, FedEx, banks, or other vendors. Technology & Office Support Set up and troubleshoot printers and office equipment. Configure Microsoft accounts and basic computer settings. Assist with basic computer troubleshooting. Change Wi-Fi settings or passwords when necessary. Perform basic laptop setup or factory resets. Help maintain office equipment and coordinate service when needed. Title & Escrow Support Assist Escrow Officers with opening new files. Order title searches. Order mortgage and lien payoffs. Scan, print, copy, upload, and organize closing documents. Assist with post-closing processes. Prepare recording packages and record documents electronically. Track outstanding documents and follow up when necessary. Assist with document preparation and quality control. Help ensure files move efficiently from contract to closing and post-closing. Marketing & Client Experience Take photos and short videos of clients at closing (with permission) for our social media pages. Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable closing experience. Assist with marketing events and community outreach as needed.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, no drama, professional, and personable. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning new technology and software. Resourceful and able to solve problems independently. Reliable and punctual. A team player who enjoys helping coworkers. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office. Able to communicate professionally with clients, lenders, Realtors, and vendors. Preferred Qualifications Administrative or office management experience. Experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, banking, or legal offices is a plus but not required. Basic bookkeeping experience is helpful. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands. Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
