About IPM Food Pantry For over 60 years IPM has worked to create a thriving, food-secure community through our Market, Drive-Through Pantry, FoodLink, Power Packs, Fresh Start Kitchen and more. We meet our neighbors where they are. We cherish our donors, volunteers, and staff. Position Purpose Office Manager positively contributes to the wellbeing of the organization and staff through key activities. They lead or collaborate in the execution of many office activities such as payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, benefits and more. They provide support to the CEO, Board of Trustees and staff by ensuring required documentation is complete and timely and that confidentiality is maintained. The office administrator ensures that financial policies, procedures and documentation are followed in accordance with best practices. Position Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with external accounting firm, process invoices, payroll, expense and mileage reports, and print checks for distribution.
  • Provide board support by producing financial dashboards and documenting annual board agreements and conflict of interest forms.
  • Assist CEO with annual benefits selection and implementation in collaboration with agency broker.
  • Assist CEO with annual budget preparation.
  • Oversee benefits administration including payroll, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, HSA, Workers' Comp, liability insurance etc.
  • Onboard and exit employees ensuring complete, timely and accurate paperwork submission.
  • Oversee and track data, documentation and inventory to contribute to annual audit, completion of 990 and other regulatory or oversite activities.
  • Manage office inventory by tracking equipment and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support agency's IT, security, phone and other systems.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or administration, HR, bookkeeping or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness. Exercises independent judgment and follow-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
