About the Role The Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) leads the PMO function, ensuring consistent and effective execution of projects aligned to organizational priorities. This role translates enterprise and functional strategies into coordinated execution across initiatives, establishes PMO standards and governance, and drives alignment across teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes. Your Key Contributions Lead and manage the PMO function, including Project Managers, Process Engineers, and related roles, ensuring consistent execution across initiatives. Translate enterprise and departmental priorities into coordinated project portfolios and execution plans. Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and quality. Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery is aligned to scope, timelines, and defined outcomes. Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across initiatives. Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and conflicts, ensuring alignment across business units. Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Partner with functional leaders to align priorities, scope, and expected outcomes across initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and execution practices. Develop and coach team members, strengthening project management and process improvement capabilities. Support implementation of change management practices to ensure successful adoption of initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence within the PMO. What Makes You a Great Fit 5-7+ years of experience leading teams, with 7-10+ years of project/program management or related experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and project portfolios. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent outcomes across multiple initiatives. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Builds Effective Teams
