7AM-4:30PM Position Summary W are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation Assist with data entry, scheduling, and coordination of office activities Order office supplies and support basic office operations Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
