Learn more at www.inhabit.com. Job Description The Office Manager oversees the day to day administrative and operational functions that keep the workplace running smoothly. They manage office resources, coordinate facilities and vendors, and support employees and leadership with scheduling, communication, and organizational needs. Through strong organization and attention to detail, they help maintain an efficient, professional, and well supported work environment. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and well-functioning workplace. Coordinate office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships. Support employee onboarding, office logistics, and workplace administration activities. Assist leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative support. Maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational records. Oversee office budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking as assigned. Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and operational issues. Ensure office spaces are organized, safe, and appropriately maintained. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Support cross-functional teams with administrative and project coordination needs. QualificationsExperience and Education Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or a related role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
