Job Description
Part-Time Office Manager / Administrative Assistant Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to provide administrative support to leadership and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating office activities, and serving as a key support resource for management. This role will be 20-25 hours per week primarily focused on Monday through Thursday in mornings and early afternoons. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $21 and $25/hr. Job Duties Provide direct administrative support to leadership and management teams. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming communications. Coordinate office meetings, events, and employee activities. Maintain filing systems, records, and company documents. Order office supplies and oversee relationships with vendors and service providers. Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense documentation. Support internal communication efforts and help distribute company information. Monitor office operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization. Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned. Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Requirements Previous experience in an office manager, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar support role. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
