Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Office Manager shall perform duties utilizing specific knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures such as client admissions, terminations, scheduling appointments, billing, updating EHR, reporting, and correspondence. Clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures established by Child Focus, and will include a combination of answering telephones, calculating fee assessments, data entry, and filing. Additionally, the Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to all program staff in the outpatient offices. The Office Manager is also responsible for maintenance of program and building supplies necessary for ongoing program operations.
