About the Position Right At Home is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play an important role in supporting daily office operations, assisting caregivers and clients, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare office environment . Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and clerical functions of the office. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally. Greet clients, caregivers, visitors, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain accurate employee, client, and office records while protecting confidential information. Assist with administrative paperwork for new employees. Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain office documents. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Assist management with reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative projects. Help ensure office policies, procedures, and company standards are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office administration, healthcare administration, home care, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Comfortable working with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude.
