Job Description
Office Administration — Oversee daily operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure a well‑organized work environment. Bookkeeping — Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records. Payroll Processing — Prepare and run payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with wage laws. Compliance & Recordkeeping — Maintain organized digital and physical files, support audits, and ensure adherence to co Scheduling — coordinate installation schedule with customers and contractors, and support internal communication. Customer & Vendor Support — Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and service providers. Marketing-- Assist with creation and implementation of Traditional and Social Media marketing. ⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications Accounting Software proficiency (QuickBooks) Strong understanding of GAAP basics Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Experience in an office management or bookkeeping role (typically 2-5 years)
