Job Description
Overview Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven front office manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth, efficient front-office workflow. This role supports production, shipping, accounting, and guest service functions, making it a key position in maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage front desk operations, including phones, visitor check-ins, and general inquiries Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality Keep detailed time records and payroll documentation Process weekly payroll and maintain employee attendance logs Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare packing slips for customer shipments and coordinate with shipping personnel Generate and send customer invoices Maintain organized records for productions, shipping and customer accounts Perform miscellaneous errands as needed to support office and productions operations Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently for long periods while still functioning as part of a team Strong prioritization skills with the ability to complete all assigned tasks Calm, productive approach to stressful or time‑sensitive situations High attention to detail, especially when entering large volumes of data accurately Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively
