Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient management of administrative tasks, and exceptional support to staff and clients alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Design flyers and other marketing materials for in-store advertising Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems Updating and maintaining company website Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management Strong computer literacy with experience in office management software such as QuickBooks Experience in photoshop or similar software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proven experience in administrative support or clerical roles with a focus on customer service excellence Technical proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and office equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Personal assistant experience or office experience that demonstrates reliability and initiativeJoin us as an Office Administrator to be an essential part of our team's success!
