Job Overview Fisher Cast Steel, a steel foundry in West Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines office management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Work hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. Job Description Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Receive incoming telephone calls and assist caller by answering questions or directing the call. Greet onsite visitors in a professional manner. Perform general secretarial and clerical duties for different departments. Manage incoming mail, packages, UPS, etc. Order and maintain inventory of various supplies. Handle confidential and non-routine information. Other duties which may be assigned. Requirements Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous office and/or administrative support experience preferred. Proficient knowledge and working experience using MS Suite and personal computer equipment.
