Job Purpose:
Represent Pillars of Care as the initial point of contact for all patients and patrons that visit the clinic. Perform administrative office duties as it relates to the efficiency of clinic operations. Help patients easily and efficiently schedule (and/or reschedule) appointments and consultations. Help patients with any questions, comments or concerns as it relates to general Pillars of Care clinic operations and FAQ's. Maintain positive relations with every patient and patron that Pillars of Care is contacted by or comes in contact with. Assist in the growth of Pillars of Care by ensuring the below job duties are being completed.
Job Duties:
Provide high-quality, compassionate, empathetic customer-service Maintaining a high-energy, positive attitude Maintain a clean office space Answering inbound calls Returning missed calls Responding to patient inquiries received online Scheduling new patient consultations Scheduling patient appointments Managing office and patient appointment booking software Providing helpful information to patients in regards to basic clinic inquiries, scheduling and FAQ's Processing patient payments Maintaining clear, concise notes within our system Assistance with gathering marketing materials, such as taking photos and videos, gathering objective reviews and patient testimonials. Assistance with community involvement
Skills/Qualifications:
Great communication skills Great interpersonal and people skills Must have a sincere desire to help people Have great attitude and a desire to learn Motivated Goal-orientated Detailed A coachable attitude and aggressive personality is far more important to us than having any previous experience. We will spend time training skills, we will not spend time training attitude.
