Office Coordinator / Personal Lines Account Manager Are you looking for a career, not just another job? The Role This position combines front desk receptionist, personal lines account manager, customer service aficionado, and chaos coordination. You'll be the first person clients interact with when they call or walk through our doors. In many ways, you set the tone for the agency. You'll keep the office organized, assist clients with service needs, support the rest of the team, and make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This isn't a position for a button pusher behind a desk. This is a position for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in being dependable. If you bring more questions than answers, this probably isn't your ideal fit. We're looking for people who push through problems and provide real, tangible solutions and support. Work it like you own it and you'll do just fine. What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously for our entire agency
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office warmly and professionally
  • Assist clients with service requests and administrative needs
  • Process policy changes and insurance paperwork
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Maintain organized client files and records
  • Help keep the office clean, stocked, and welcoming in all areas
  • Prepare coffee, stock snacks, and make sure the "customer experience" items never run dry
  • Support agents and team members with administrative tasks
  • Follow through on responsibilities and commitments to clients and team members alike
  • Help create an exceptional experience for every client
