Implement efficient filing systems for general office documentation to ensure easy retrieval. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll management; familiarity with budgeting processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate clear interactions across teams and vendors. Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in bookkeeping and record-keeping activities.
