Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be excellent with Quick Books, proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support both internal teams and external clients. Duties Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, scheduling, and supply inventory Oversee client communication, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of documents Coordinate project management details for team members, locating necessary resources according to job location(s), scheduling materials and consumables efficiently Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Skills Excellent proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; experience with spreadsheets is a plus Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone communication abilities Technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer literacy is essential Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on time management and prioritization Personal assistant or front desk experience preferred for handling client inquiries and scheduling efficiently Join us in this rewarding role where your organizational talents and technical skills will directly impact our success! Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
