Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate office. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to accurately input, maintain, organize, and analyze data within spreadsheets on a daily basis. Provide administrative support for various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, data entry, and coordinating travel arrangements Manage the office supply inventory and order supplies as needed Coordinate and schedule events and meetings Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions Manage and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred 2+ years of office administration experience Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Advanced Excel skills are essential Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion This is a full-time role that may require extended hours, typically ranging from 40-50 hours per week, based on project schedules and operational needs Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
