Adecco is seeking apassionate, professional bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Coordinator to support clients in a solo office setting. Many clients are elderly and unfamiliar with technology, so patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities include: Opening and preparing the office Greeting clients and walk-ins Assisting clients with basicputer setup for virtual attorney meetings Scheduling appointments Collecting, scanning, and sending documents Depositing checksRequirements:
Bilingual Spanish/English Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Word & Excel Comfortable working independently (remote support always available) Professional presentation required (strict dress code; no visible tattoos)Details:
